Children Learning through Education And Research (CLEAR Alliance) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

What Drives Us

If facts are not easily accessible, how can we expect our youth to make sound decisions? Our team has seen far too many youth face the consequences of their choices before they have even had the chance to receive education. We believe knowledge is power and education ignites the critical thinking skills necessary to make informed decisions.

Our Mission

To educate youth and adults concerning the consequences of substance abuse and impaired driving:
1. To increase awareness and
2. To prevent and reduce youth and adult substance abuse and impaired driving.
