Coalitions

CLEAR Alliance provides support for approved coalitions who provide fact-based education focusing on preventing or reducing youth substance abuse and impaired driving in Oregon. CLEAR Alliance currently supports two drug-free coalitions: the Redmond Area Community Coalition (RACC) and the Oregon Statewide Coalition (OSC).

Redmond Area Community Coalition (RACC)
The mission of the RACC is to educate youth and adults concerning substance abuse and impaired driving to increase awareness and to prevent and reduce youth and adult substance abuse and impaired driving in Redmond, Oregon. The coalition meets regularly to strategize on its educational projects.

Oregon Statewide Coalition (OSC)
The mission of the OSC is to educate youth and adults concerning substance abuse and impaired driving to increase awareness and to prevent and reduce youth and adult substance abuse and impaired driving throughout the State of Oregon.
