Oregon Tobacco Marijuana & E-cigarettes Course (TMEC)
TMEC is a Health, Safety, & Impaired Driving Education Program that encourages critical-thinking. The following online courses are designed for individuals in Oregon interested in learning more substance use and impaired driving.
Oregon TMEC
(a Health, Safety, & Impaired Driving Education Program)
- 12 Modules: 3-hour course
- Youth and adult learners (ages 13 and up) can independently access the 3-hour TMEC (a Health, Safety, & Impaired Driving Education Program) through the CLEAR Alliance website.
- The individual-led version has built-in knowledge checks.
- A certificate is emailed upon successful completion of each module.
- Individuals have 3 days to complete the course.

(an Impaired Driving Education Program)
- 5 Modules: 90-minute course
- Youth and adult learners (ages 13 and up) can independently access the 90-minute TMEC for Driver Education (an Impaired Driving Education Program) through the CLEAR Alliance website.
- The individual-led version has built-in knowledge checks.
- A certificate is emailed upon successful completion of each module.
- Individuals have 3 days to complete the course.
